  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is simple. First during consultation (phone or email) we gather all requirements of your project. Including what needs to be decorated, decoration placement, type of garments (jacket, t-shirt, polo etc.), and most importantly your logo, design, or picture of sketch.RJ4 will then digitize your logo and provide you with virtual mock-up before you commit your business to us. We want to provide you with all information so that you can make the most informed decision.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure that there a clear line of communication between yourself and potential vendor. Ask all possible question, don't think they may be dumb or assume nothing.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they willing to ship. We are located in MS.
