Introduction: I am a goal driven information technology professional with 4 years of professional experience of providing fast paced focused technical customer support. I also have 2 years of experience of my own outside work doing various jobs for customers in my community. I am able to articulate technical complex concepts to users of all technical knowledge. I am well versed in Mac and PC Hardware and software. I am a hard worker and a quick learner. I am very goal driven and I Love technology, it’s my passion and desire to work with technology and help others who aren’t tech savvy. I maintain the highest level of professionalism as possible and try my very best to do my best at my job.
