I suffered a bicep injury at work and during that time Bryan helped me with dieting and nutrition that kept me on track to heal up. After I got back in action I was as strong as I was before but lighter with more stamina. Being a firefighter in a busy city I have a very strenuous job which requires me to take great care of myself. I have continued using Bryan’s diet and nutrition tips to stay in shape.
