    It was a great and painless experience! She and I set up a date and time to get my taxes filed and submitted (accomplished through my email using an application). It was super easy to upload all my forms (multiples). She received them and completed them immediately. Before submitting, in a brief phone conference, we confirmed that all the information was entered correctly. I should be getting my refund next week!
