Mr. Jon did a great job. I will request his services again.Jan 8, 2016Verified
Mr Belleau did an exceedingly professional job, which included emailing a professional estimate, invoice , and warranty. Each job was done quickly and beautifully. Jobs included designing and building laundry room shelves, and putting shelves in a closet. He also repaired drywall and a popcorn ceiling, as well as fixing bathroom fixtures and unclogging a tub that had been unused for years. Mr. Belleau was friendly, quick, and respectful of our home. We would call for his services again!Dec 31, 2015Verified
I called Jon because my kitchen faucet was not working and needed to be replaced. Knowing how difficult it is not to have a working faucet in the kitchen, Jon said he would be over after he finished up on another job. I now have a brand new faucet and he also installed a bathroom faucet the same evening. He did a wonderful job on both projects. I will definitely be calling Belleau Sky Home Repair again to paint 2 bathrooms and install 2 more bathroom faucets.Oct 23, 2015Verified
Jon assembled a tv cabinet that I think was complicated. He was on time and very professional. As he set about the task, I had complete confidence that he would do a good job. He did better than good - he did an outstanding job. He worked right through to the end and cleaned up all loose paper and miscellaneous bits. In addition, he has a manner that radiates a wonderful spirit. I am so glad I "found" him. If I have an occasion to need his service again, I would call him without hesitation.Oct 1, 2015VerifiedJon B.'s reply
Thank you Charlie. It is always such a pleasure helping someone get done what they are unable to do themselves, you are the very reason I am in business and make my job never feel like work.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For most small repairs I bill time and materials. My rate is $55 per hour with a minimum of a $75. For larger projects/repairs I access the needs of the customer and supply a written quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to talk with the customer over the phone to see what their needs are for the work that needs to be done. This also gives them a chance to get answers to any questions they may have. I want my customers to be very confident that they picked the right company to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been doing repairs on my own home for the past 20 years, was a building maintenance manager of 2 churches over 100 years old and have helped many friends keep their homes looking their best.
