"Salesman Purchase experience follow up. My experience with the sales team was excellent. They explained in detail what the cost, the benefits, the service plan and warranty. They also explained about Sears Financing Plan. Their names were Cody Camp and Bryan Presley, and I could not have had them be more courteous, respectful, and thorough. I would definitely advise Sears to keep these two young men. Installation process: I knew this would not be an easy installation job and I was really dreading it. The current AC Unit was installed and then, the closet containing it was built around it. And it was in a laundry room which was not much bigger. Mr. Earl Swan came to do the installation. I had cleared everything out of his way, but the working area he had was very small, maybe 3X3. He had to remove a half door along with facings. He took the old one out. He had to completely rebuild the Gas Line which had been illegally installed originally. Mr. Swan did what looked like the Impossibly and puts the new Unit in, totally insulated it, replaced the door and facings, and did it all in a tiny space while using a small fan but still burning up for 5 to 6 hours. Now there is no insulation fibers floating around in the return air vent area coming back out into my house. They cleaned up their mess and removed everything. I had just had another unit for upstairs replaced, but had turned it off the night before, because water was dripping throug my light fixture about 8 ft from the return air vent upstairs. I ask him if he could check it , and he quickly responded with a , "Yes, Ma'am I will take are of it). Already tired, hot and exhausted, he climbed into my attic and blew out the exhaust line and leveled the drip pan which had been left uneven by the last person who had checked it. I am elated with my new AC Unit, with the Warranty and free service for five years. And I'm more elated with Mr. Swans work, and the fact that he gave me his phone numbers and told me to call HIM if I have any problems at all, that he will take care of them. Thank you Mr. Swan and thank you Sears. ."
