Hiroshi is an awesome teacher. When I was 15 I had OsgoodSchlatter disease in my right knee. A year later I tore my meniscus in the same knee which required knee surgery. Before working with Hiroshi even running half a mile was the most painful thing in the world. Now I can run 5 miles nonstop! Working with Hiro you will be challenged, and hate him at times as he smiles and says "one more!", but you will also have fun! He provides a positive atmosphere and sincerely wants to help you reach your goals and beyond. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer or friend!

We are looking for individuals who are interested in getting in shape and beginning a healthy lifestyle change to meet your goals. I live in East Memphis. If you do not have a gym membership, then that will be free for me to train you at, I will do outdoor training at a surrounding park (Germanshire, Halle Stadium, Olive Branch, etc.) I will charge $20 for 1-hour session. I will do meal plans and any advising you need and will be your fitness teacher, not just instructor! I currently hold a BS in Exercise and Sports Science.
