Have a Tennessee marriage license already? No problem with our "hybrid" elopements. Have your license signing in Memphis followed by having your "celebration of marriage" ceremony at our location only minutes away. No Deposit, Low Fees, Cash Accepted, Same Day/Short Notice available with 2 hours minimum notice. Think "legal" now and "ceremony" later. Skip it and save that for your Honeymoon. Mississippi marriage licenses in Hernando are only $37. AVAILABILITY & FEES: Monday thru Thursday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM $100 *cash only: Couple + 2 guests limit. $150 *cash only: Couple + 10 guests limit (Micro- wedding). SAME-DAY/SHORT-NOTICE available any day with 2 hours advance minimum notice. Valid Mississippi or Tennessee marriage license and ID required upon arrival. Notice Since there are no 'Justice of the Peace' available in DeSoto County, our service is performed by a traditionally ordained (not internet) non- denominational minister, fully trained, licensed and legal in the States of Mississippi and Tennessee to perform wedding ceremonies. *** CALL and tell the Scheduler you want to: "SCHEDULE A WEDDING. Be sure to specify "Couple Only", "Micro-wedding" (up to 10 max including Bride & groom), or Semi/Formal wedding (11-500 guests) $100/$125/$150 She/He will then ask you which day you would like to schedule the Officiant. Tell the Scheduler the date and time you want to get married.
