My wife purchased a part from Appliance Master's. She brought the part home in a box that was already opened. I installed the part and my washing machine still didn't work. I then called a repair company and they came and said the part I purchased from Appliance Master's did not work. The repair company installed a new part and now the machine works. Appliance Master's refused to give me my money back on the broken part they sold me. I think that if they sale me a faulty part they should return my money. They have been very rude to me. The service man yelled at me in the store when I tried to make the return. I later called to speak to a manager about my issue and he said he could not refund my money because he would lose his profit. I don't think they should be profiting from selling faulty parts. Terrible service.

It's amazing how poorly they treat their customers. I've never experienced business practices this bad, ever.
