We really try to base our price on the job. it is hard to give a definitive price and stick to it when every problem is not the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand the problem and how it affects my clients. Then I try to give them as many possible solutions as I can so they can decide what works best for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a course in pest control and pest management from Purdue University and I regularly attend continuing education work both in the state and online.
