FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at what the client wants first of all, then I figure out how long it may take to do a great job every time. The amount of man hours and labor involved really dictate the price. Having a job well done is worth the extra dollars you may have to spend:)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love going out and meeting potential clients. I do a walk through with the client and take notes on their concerns and needs. I give the clients my bid and schedule a time and date to get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience cleaning. From housekeeping to commercial clients, I have seen a lot and have cleaned a lot. I am proud to have a long list of very happy clients.
