What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the company you are talking to is actually doing the recovery work. Many are just "Brokers" that get your drive and then shop the big companies and mark up the price. Others will give a large range, like $500 to $2500. It almost always comes back in the higher range. Just beware of deception.
