Chelsea has a great high tech calendar with reminders etc, to help you schedule in. I really appreciated her soft touch and she got me to relax by suggesting we not chat during the session. I found that very soothing as I interact with dozens of people every day in my job! She is in the lower level of a professional office building and the quietness was great!
