50% upfront to cover cost of most materials, and remainder of payment due upon project completion
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the potential clients to in person, discuss what task(s) are to be executed, client pays 50% of project upfront, and the remainder when projected is completed and both parties are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates degree is business management, and a bachelors in project management. I have been in the construction field since 2002 and my skill set is diverse, adaptable and attentative.
