My grass in My back yard was up to my knees (long story) he was here when he said he would be, went to work. Got my entire yard in less than I'd say 1 1/2 hours and I have a couple acres! Easy to pay. Friendly guy, even my dogs didn't bark much! Would recommend again!Jun 30, 2020VerifiedT.A.R. Services's reply
thank you so much for your kind words
I never have to worry about anything with Todd. He's dependable, does a great job, is super easy work with, checks with me after heavy rains even when it's not my regular week, and on top of all of that he is super affordable. I couldn't ask for anything better. I highly recommend T.A.R. Services - and have done so to some very satisfied friends.Jun 6, 2020T.A.R. Services's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer yearly contracts which are 12 month in length. It is also the most economical solution for customers as the contract is based on a 10 month working year. So, for example, if the contract is $4000 for a year, instead of $400 per month cost, it only costs our customer $333.34 a month for each of the 12 months. that's helpful for their budget and helps the company continue to pay bills during the down time. PLUS, if the weather stays warm, like this year, we continue to work. so it actually works out best for the client as they get as much as 4-6 weeks of free mowing service in the winter, seeing how it was based on 10 months
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We love to help anyone and everyone. It is incumbent on any business owner to be a people person. When we meet a customer, we listen to their needs and desires. It is THEIR house, their kingdom after all. It is their refuge from the world and a place where they call home. Its our job to do our best in making them feel like that their home looks as they want it to look. To do that we strive to listen to the owners needs, desires and wants, and to translate that vision into actuality in their lawn, whether its the height of the grass or plants in their flower garden. The lawn, and to a bigger extent, their house and land, is their Kingdom, and they deserve to have it reflect their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in lawn business since I was a teen, working in the neighborhood I grew up in, then on to several Lawn care companies and golf courses. I started my own Lawn Care service back in the 80's mowing residential and commercial properties. I went into sales and retail mgmt industry from 1990 to 2019 and then last year decided to go back to my first love, an industry that gave me so much happiness 30 years before. I have studied at Forsyth Tech and several seminars, both in NC and in other states.
