We were first time owner/contractors. We did some research but we did not know as much as an experienced contractor. We had many questions and he answered them all. Even after his part of the project was over he still continued to answer questions. He never, not once, made us feel like we were bothering him. He told us from the beginning that he would help us with whatever we needed. He was also willing to answer our subcontractor’s questions or concerns. If we had to do it over again we would choose him all over again. He made the process easier for us. I would definitely recommend him.

Don't waste you're time with this guy. I hired him to do a 2 story addition to my house.. I met with him in early May, then on May 8th I followed up and it took almost a week for him to get back to me. Finally told me May 14th he would have some basic drawings that I could look at to make choices for window and wall placement and that the whole project would completed by June 11. I waited patiently and finally on June 18 I asked for all drawing and he discovered he hadn't even started yet. No communication to me about any delays. Dont bother with this guy he will just waste your time.

I will admit that there seems to be a disagreement as to when the clock started on providing drawings to you and I will admit that I missed providing the drawings in the time frame that was verbally given. I am committed to pushing to get your project completed as fast as possible. I am working to restructure my office time and hours since I run this business secondary to my full time career and my family obligations. I hope that you will give me the opportunity to complete this project for you and change your perception of me and my firm. Needed a quick turnaround on a semi-DIY project requiring permits - knocked down a wall and moved some functional components of kitchen around. Was able to get drawings meeting town requirements to proceed with project in less than a week and at a great price. Would recommend and use again.

I used Clean Lines to help design and draw up plans for a rather large garage addition. Heath did a great job for me. He worked with me to come up with a great design. My plans made it through plan check with no issues, I'll be breaking ground very soon. I strongly recommend using Clean Lines for your next project.
