Not often you find someone in body work who really *gets* what intuitive focused therapy is about. Amber gets it. She had no problems finding the problem areas in my back and shoulder and worked on them painlessly but effectively. She also identified an issue with my hips I had not previously considered as contributing to the others and after gently stretching my hips, I have a great more motion and comfort there. And she provided me with suggestions on how I can do these stretches myself at home. Great therapy, great conversation and a true healing spirit. I can not say enough positive things about Amber. I enthusiastically await my next visit.

I have been receiving therapeutic massage from Shashi for several months and am very satisfied with his service. He performs professional, deep tissue massage at a reasonable rate. He is more concerned about my health than his wallet. He took time to explain my problem and his techniques. I tried other masseuses in the area and found his techniques to be more effective. If you are seeking a professional, deep tissue therapeutic massage (not gentle, soothing, fluffy, or kinky massage), try Shashi! Ron S.

The overall experience with Leah was amazing. The setting was perfect with a comfortable room and a great warmer for the table. Leah was great at not only making me feel comfortable but identifying problem areas that I was even unaware of and describing what might be causing the issues. It was a great combination of relaxation and therapy with just the right pressure the whole time. I will definitely be back and hopefully soon. -Brian

About

I am a male massage therapist accepting male and female clients. I offer several modalities: Russian massage ($60 per 60 minutes) Developed in the former Soviet Union, Russian massage is considered to be one of the most non-invasive and relaxing forms of massage therapy. Combining aspects of both therapeutic and sports massage, it uses a variety of specific techniques to release stress, and enhance circulation. As with all forms of massage therapy, open communication during the session is encouraged to make sure you are enjoying the experience as much as possible. Deep tissue massage ($60 per 60 minutes) Deep tissue massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep tissue massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session. Swedish massage ($60 per 60 minutes) Swedish massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging, and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. Hot stone therapy ($60 per 60 minutes) -- coming soon! Hot stone therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation, and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
