I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
I began my martial arts training in 2001 with Sifu Bob after training in boxing for the previous 6 years and earned my first degree from him before his move down to the Phoenix, AZ area. I still attend any and every training session that I can when he comes to visit the area.It's always an amazing learning experience and I come away with so much more than I can ever document - which is why I am ALWAYS looking forward to his return visits. His forms having amazing flow and precision. His self defense techniques are effortless - as they should be with our system and he is able to articulate this in such a manner that I can wrap my mind around it (I'm of Irish heritage - that's no easy task!). Started off with boxing aerobics. Was so exciting started doing personal boxing sections. Lost 10 pds within 2 weeks and learned a new craft! Would recommend anyone to just try a class!!!

Being a Thai Boxing practitioner myself, he has taught me ways to counter powerful kicks, how to use a Defender (R), and how to both execute and defend myself from a variety of grapes, particularly from bigger opponents. My name is Giovanni my experience training martial Arts with Nhan has been very good and i want to say that his instructing than other instructors i heard about is very different meaning his teaching and lessons "fighting" is not structured whatsoever it is very fluid and freely and we learn as we go. What he always tell me is that Martial Art is not a way to master because you will never stop learning and training because if you think you are the best and think you are master then you will stop training and think you are good but are not there is endless ways to learn and train and never stop seeking for knowledge always go and push for more that is what he says and that has always sticked to me and follow through and through. I encourage anyone who wants a good instructor to please train with Nhan you won't be disappointed.
