- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we quote a job, the price is set. Unless you add additional work, the price we agree on is the price you'll pay. We don't offer any discounts, but we have worked with people who have done some of the work themselves to save a significant amount on the overall cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have simplified the process of working with new clients. We have a "Ballpark Quote" form that only asks you how many kitchen cabinets you need to be painted. If we're in your ballpark, then you can move on the full online quote form where we get the details. Once you have the quote, we come out to make sure everything is correct and we add you to our schedule. We are usually booked about 3 to 6 weeks out. Our non-busy season has been November and December. Sometimes in those months, there's a shorter wait to get on our schedule. Apparently, people don't like getting their kitchen worked on during Thanksgiving :-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a self-taught painter when I started. Since then I've learned so much from other professionals I've worked with and my own drive to provide better results for our customers.
