What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing for residential repairs of $45.00 per hour per man. pricing includes travel time. We also have standard pricing by item for new construction and per square ft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to complete projects in a timely manner careful to manage our resources as we several builders which demand our attention constantly. Our policy is to be sure you the client is satisfied and we are code compliant requiring permitting and inspections by the local jurisdictional authority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Irvine Chiwanga is our employed resident electrical engineer with a BS in electrical engineering and will soon be our licensed professional engineer testing this year in NC.
