I really was not into Yoga at all, but went to a class on insistence from a good friend. I had a baby 3 months earlier & my body was soar all the time. So I thought why not try it as I had nothing to loose. Regina made the class so fun & always stressed on listening to your body as I am not that flexible. After just one class I felt a difference in my body. I always looked forward for her class & I really loved her adjustments into a pose. She was so full of energy & positive attitude that made me feel the same. We always used props to help us with the pose. At the beginning of the class she would always listen to what we wanted to achieve in the class and made us concentrate on those poses that helped us. I always thought Yoga was boring but Regina made it really fun, positive, relaxing and energetic. I couldnt have asked more than that. Thanks Regina!
Tara Suarez is an outstanding yoga instructor. I had tried yoga classes with different instructors and the experiences were such that I had but almost given up on yoga for good... until I had the wonderful chance to have Tara as my instructor! Tara changed my concept of yoga and of yoga instructors for the better. She's a great instructor, kind, patient, understanding and very compassionate. Yoga class with Tara has been such a wonderful experience that I have become at regular at her classes, and would not change that for anything in this world. Nina volunteered to give us free yoga classes as part of her teacher training. The yoga postures were very relaxing and Nina did great job of helping us through the postures. I was impressed by how much knowledge and experience she had, which made the class easy on us students.
