Latest Review: I've been working with Jordan roughly the past two years, and in that time my wife and family has seen the positive changes he's helped me achieve. I have spinal limitations and combined with my job and travel, lead me to constant pain, poor posture, and a pessimistic attitude in general. Jordan helped get me out of my 'funk' and comfortable with different exercises and activities that work best for my particular goals and limitations. I really enjoy how he integrates the 'functional pattern' and 'natural movement' methodologies into his workouts, to help restore flexibility and mental acuity I've been missing for years. Of course, he supplements these activities with the more-common methods of weights and cardio to strengthen my heart, lungs, muscles, and helps build my self-confidence with a well-rounded workout twice a week. While other trainers in the past have done a good job improving my muscle tone and waist line, I feel that Jordan's tailored style and unique exercises gives the extra attention to detail to help get back in touch with my own body, feeling more comfortable in physical activities, and back to a happier, healthier me.
