We worked with Graham when he was cooking Thai food along with Myo Koongnoo. Graham's culinary skills are impressive and wide ranging. What is even better is that he is a very nice and considerate person. We highly recommend him.

I don't even know where to start. If I could afford it I would buy up all of Graham's time so he could be our personal chef. Graham is a rare breed. He can cook anything your heart desires and stuff you never dreamed of. And it's all delish. On top of it, he's a great person and fun to be around. Graham won't just cook up delicious food for your party or event, he will become a part of it.
