Introduction: I have over six years of advanced training in bodywork and exercise therapy that allows me to quickly identify and effectively address the majority of musculo-skeletal pain problems, while helping people enjoy a relaxing massage as well. Helping people with stubborn and hard to fix pain problems finally get back to living life on their terms. And that means they return to a life of little or no pain, with more freedom of movement and increased confidence in their bodies.
