We handle cases involving family law (including divorce, equitable distribution, separation agreements, child custody and support, representation during mediation or an alternative dispute resolution process and domestic violence restraining orders), criminal defense (including traffic and other citations and DWI/DUI) and wills. We offer free office front parking for your convenience. We accept cash, check, certified check, money orders and credit cards for payment. Sometimes, we work with our clients to find a payment plan that fits your needs. We are serving Buncombe, Henderson, Transylvania, Polk and the surrounding Western North Carolina counties.
