You may indicate your preference of where that goes. Here are the services we currently provide: Cleaning: residential, commercial, new construction, move-in, move out. Professional Feng Shui Consultations Professional Space Clearing Home Staging (labor only you pay real costs of furniture rental) Organization and decluttering. Handyman Services Airbnb set up, maintenance, turn-over. Photo Documentation for sale, move-in or move out Landscaping Help you find an Asheville rental. Help you rent an Asheville property. Errands Admin support Domestic Goddess services like cooking and laundry. Moving, pack, unpack. WE hire out a minimum of 2 hours, giving preference to 4 and 8 hour commitments. Most of our services can be combined for a flat fee for example you make 1 call and say: I’d like a team of 2 for 4 hours to clean, do laundry and mow the lawn. We set a flat rate of $31.25 per per person per hour. Get all your to do’s done in one day with one company for one flat price. Get peace of mind for a team of 2 for $250 for 4 hours or $500 for a full day work and yeah...you get to have it your way. Finding creative affordable solutions. Creating beauty.

Engineered floor installation in my master bedroom. Couldn't be nicer. They did a wonderful job, were efficient, and cleaned up everything.

Everything was scheduled right away and they were able to do the time that fit into my work schedule. When they came, they were very professional and helpful going over and beyond what I expected them to do. I figured they would just transport my futon to my new house, but they pointed out that there was something wrong with a part and where I would be able to find it. They even took disassembled and reassembled the futon tightening up screws that were very loose. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with them, very kind and considerate and efficient - knowing exactly what they're doing. I would contact them in a heartbeat if I needed anything else done!!

We were building a home long-distance and needed to find someone who could do a number of things on our behalf. We researched several companies and landed on Green Acres after speaking with Lynn. She described all of the services she could help us with and assured us she would "treat our home build as if it were her own". New construction can be challenging but it was extra challenging doing it long-distance. Some of the things Lynn's team did for us was to cover & protect with cardboard, all our cabinetry and counters, as the workers were setting things everywhere, avoiding lots of potential damage. They cleaned the construction crud everywhere, even in the floor vents and covered them from further dirt. They washed our windows of all that film/dust that happens before the blinds were hung. After each cleaning trip, we were sent pictures of what shape they found things in and what shape it was after they cleaned it all. In fact, while cleaning one of the bathroom cabinets, Lynn's team found a somewhat hidden crack in the wood, that we may have missed otherwise. We even had a need to "babysit" our plants as we could not move them into the house with no heat. We had a need to ship things to the new address but we weren't set-up to take delivery & Lynn was able to do that and hold onto everything till we could come and get it. The response time was great, we would contact Lynn with a list of things that needed handling and within a couple of days they were at the house taking care of it. Our only mistake was not finding Green Acres early enough in our building process, which would have saved us a lot of worry and agnst. Thank you Lynn for all your help! Jim & Linda Moore

Lynn and her husband make a very efficient and conscientious team. They moved 2 dining sets and a large armchair quickly. Their rate is quite reasonable. I'll hire them for more odd jobs.
