- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In North Carolina, generally real estate agents get paid at closing by the seller at a negotiable commission rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation and really get to know what you're looking for so we can immediately hone in on quality results. Then, depending on what you need, I'll get you results and/or set up a meeting where we can go over the process in detail and get you all the information you need!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's degree in Spanish and a minor in business law, making me very familiar with the nuances of contracts. I have my NC Broker's License (verified via Thumbtack see profile). My background before real estate is in Spanish interpretation for mergers and acquisitions where I successfully ran my own business for years before moving to real estate. I take attention to detail, organization, and customer service very seriously as a result.
