Clients needing business-development or marketing support, will complete a Business-Success Diagnostic "assessment," that'll help both of us see what business success elements you already have in place and what we need to still put in place (or you might have them in place, but you are not fully maximizing those "assets"). Once completed, we use the info entered in the diagnostic tool as a checklist for what tasks need to be completed in order to bring your business to the levels you envisioned for it.
