A++ experience. When the move was coming up I had many questions and request and they responded promptly to take care of anything I needed. The crew they send arrived early in the arrival window and were quick, efficient and careful with everything they had to take care of. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no surprise charges and have simplified the pricing system. The customer can choose an hourly rate or a flat rate. $250 per hour gets you full-service moving! This includes everything - the truck, two movers, and all equipment such as dollies, tape, straps, and tools. The clock starts when we arrive and start working and stops when we finish at your new residence.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is we first talk to the customer on the phone, find out what their move entails, and we recommend the number of movers and size truck or container is needed. Then we offer and can visit the site at no charge if the customer likes.
