Each session is designed to meet your individual needs and may include the following: acutonics sound healing; Swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, acupressure, and massage trigger point massage therapy; stretching; gua sha and cupping therapy; reiki, chakra harmonizing, and crystal therapy; and yoga.
Our goal is to promote a greater sense of peace and harmony for both mind and body. When this occurs, the body is able to turn towards a healthier state. Feelings of discomfort and pain naturally begin to subside.
