BEST. MCAT. TUTOR. EVER.
Amazing teacher! We contacted Dr. Brown because my 5 yr old approached me about learning to read. I explained to her that he had just turned 5 and wouldn't be starting kindergarten until he was almost 6 however he really wanted to be able to read. Wanting the best for my child as all mothers do I'm sure, I decided to hire a professional. And Dr. Brown is certainly that. My son is very strong minded and assertive which is yet another reason I chose not to tackle teaching on my own. Dr. Brown immediately bonded with him and set a tone where my son loves and greatly respects her at the same time. It is easy to tell that she loves to teach and loves to see the mind she is teaching grow. In just 1 lesson my son read his first book. At 6 months now, he is reading well above is age level and is now learning math etc. He will be more than ready for Kindergarten. We love Dr. Brown!!
My daughter always seemed to have panic attacks leading up to tests. I was desperate to find a way for her to be comfortable especially as SATs were coming up. All I can say is after a few weeks with the tutors and life coaches at Chelsea International Education, my daughter’s confidence level went up a lot. She was not only prepared to take her SATs but her core academic skills have improved tremendously, which has helped her with her AP exams. The fact that all of the Chelsea tutors are fully qualified teachers, I think makes a major difference and really sets them apart. It really is a quality service and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone.
Laurel is a capable and experienced tutor. She is especially skilled in teaching children for whom English is a second language, or who may be having difficulty coming from a home where English is not spoken well. She is patient and has a great variety of materials that she draws upon depending on the student's need.
My son David has been with Frank Kelly for more than two years. Frank is a highly experienced math teacher. He is not only very knowledgeable about math but also skillful in encouraging kids: With his help, David got much more motivated in learning math. Besides, he covered the conventional school math and, upon David's wish, the basic coding/programming as well. This is a good plus for David. In conclusion, I highly recommend Frank to you and your kids. IK
Howard have been tutoring my two daughters so that they could increase there SAT/ACT scores. He slso tutors me in Pre-Cal Math and English Literature. He is an excellent tutor that knows the material he is teaching. He is always willing to go above and beyond. He makes sure we understands the material. I was surprised when after just 3 weeks working with my daughter, she was able to raise her SAT scores by 90 points. My daughter has an A in Math now all because of Howard. Myself was failing Math in College. I had a D in the class and now I have a B. My first test I got 46%, and after working with Howard within two weeks I got a 94% on my next test. I don’t know how he know these stuff. It just comes naturally to him. If you want your child or even you has an adult going back to colkege like myself; Howard his the guy you need. My daughters are not the easiest kids to teach, but everytime Howard leaves my home they have more confidence in themselves and they grades have increase. So I know he’s doing a grest job.I recommend him with a 110%.
took Spanish from Pam for several years about twelve years ago. The excellent approach using multi language avenues ( ie. auditory , visual , oral ) helped facilitate what I wanted and needed to learn...learning the way I could best absorb...which was so less frustrating to me....her patience was refreshing and therefore encouraging for this slow learner!!!!!!! Only a fool would pass up this great language learning experience !!!!! Pam from Center Point , Texas
Krithika is an excellent tutor. She knows all the conventions, rules, expectations, and online resources for topics of high school writing such as critical thinking, literary analysis, research papers, SAT prompts, and college admissions. Like her profile says, she brings passion to the subject. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious, so not only has my sons writing improved, but so has his interest in the subject. Shes an excellent communicator who can connect with the student as well as mediate with the parent. I am sure her advice and guidance are going benefit my son for the rest of his life.

During a trip to Disney World as a teenager, I was mesmerized by all of the foreign languages that I heard and strove to master one. My mother purchased me a Spanish program, and off I went. Since then, I have gone on to master four other romance languages, and I love helping others to discover the joys of different languages and cultures. I also love to play guitar. I have been playing since 1991 and have found it to be a gift that never stops giving. I feel that one is never truly alone if he or she is capable of playing an instrument. My love of Spanish and guitar has led me to a very enjoyable career. I taught Spanish for 13 years at a preparatory academy, and I also have taught beginning guitar lessons for seven years at the academy. On the side, I am delighted to give private lessons for both the guitar and Spanish language. (LinkedIn site and resume will be gladly provided upon request.)

I believe my work stands out from many others' work because I'm extremely passionate about helping all my students not only improve but ultimately reaching their full potential. I constantly encourage and push them to achieve levels they thought unattainable before they met me, and make sure they enjoy our interactions and get concrete results out of it.
Welcome! I am so glad that you are here. My name is Rebecca Armstrong. I am a first-grade teacher with a passion for teaching kids to read. I work closely every year with students who struggle with reading. I also work closely with the parents of these students. I see how frustrated and overwhelmed these parents feel. The expectations for reading are very high, and I know firsthand that teachers do not always get to spend as much time with each and every one of our students as we would like. I want to give parents an opportunity for their child to receive some extra help over track out. I am offering a one week reading and writing camp in my home. I am only accepting four students for the week to allow more one-on-one time with students. If there is greater demand, then I will add another week. The camp will be 3 hours per day for 5 days. We will focus on reading and reading comprehension as well as phonemic awareness and writing skills. The lessons will be tailored to meet the needs of the students in the camp. I will use your child's report card comments, class data, and notes from parent- teacher conferences to create the lessons. Students will work one-on-one with me and in a small group setting to enhance their reading and writing skills.
