- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Mr. Rooter uses a flatrate pricing system. Mr. Rooter prices each job based upon the amount of time they believe the work will take along with materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a customer calls in to Mr. Rooter we take down all their information including email address. This is saved in our system so that each time they call it will come up on our screen so we will know who they are and where they are located. Mr. Rooter also can find information such as last job performed, a previous plumbing checkup, and who was the last technician out there. Mr Rooter then proceedd to get them in the first time available that is acceptable to them. Then a Mr. Rooter plumbing specialist will then give the customer a call when he is headed their way along with an email that will be sent to the customer with a picture of the plumbing specialist so they will know who to expect at their home. The Mr. Rooter Plumbing specialist will greet the customer and begin assessing the problem and also give them a FREE home check up so they will be aware of any plumbing issues they have or they may be looking at taking care of in the near future. This is exceptionally helpful when dealing with water heaters because of the high price of replacing one it allows the customer time to begin saving if it seems to be coming to the end of its life span. After assessing the problem Mr. Rooter's plumbing specialist will then give a FREE analysis of the situation and create Free quotes with different options on fixing the problem. This allows the Mr. Rooter's customer to choose what is best for them. We take pride in creating long lasting fixes and not just patch work that will need to be repaired over and over. Fix it once correctly and stand behind the work with Mr. Rooter's warranties on parts and labor. Mr. Rooter's customer is then ask to choose the option that best fits them and in most cases the work can begin that day.
