This passion was created in part due to his own short comings of being an asthmatic child, which led to childhood and adult obesity. Lamont is great. He pushes you to meet your goals, but he does not try to go overboard or push you over the top. He is very personable and makes training more enjoyable. I would highly recommend him!

I've been working with Lamont and following his meal plan for about a month now. I've lost some weight and I'm starting to see results. He's really encouraging and cares about your HEALTH which I love. He pushes you but not to the extreme.

I've been training with Lamont @ Life Gains for just over 2.5 months now and I have no regrets about my decision to hire him. He is careful to consider your goals, your schedule, and your life when formulating a plan that is best suited to helping you achieve everything you want. Lamont is attentive, supportive, and most of all entertaining, and will never let you quit. He spends time with his clients getting to know them and their needs and uses this to determine what will best help them grow. I am already seeing changes in my physique. Lamont also understands the importance of diet when considering your personal training goals and offers nutritional guidance as to how to support and sustain a regular workout regimen. He all-around cares for everyone's total health and well-being and wants to see them succeed. In addition, he is very flexible with his scheduling and will work with yours to get you where you want to go. All around, 10/10

Lamont is very focussed on getting you where you want to be. He listens well, thinks creatively, and offers great solutions to help with your diet and overall health. His passion comes through and it's refreshing to see!
