Very prompt, responded to all messages, very reliable and would hire again. We had a wooden swingset that needed to be disassembled at one site and delivered to our homeJun 17, 2016Verified
Excellent work! Jim is timely, takes pictures, and charges an honest rate! He recently completed maintenance on our rental property in the Sanford area. I highly recommend calling Jim for any of your improvement, maintenance, and repair needs.Oct 18, 2014Verified
Jim is an awesome handyman. He comes on time, gets the job done, and is amiable to boot. He fixed up my toilet and helped me out with installing some new blinds, to include getting the dimensions right. All for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend him.May 25, 2014Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Generally, I will charge $20/hour for most jobs. I can certainly be flexible, depending on the client's status and how much needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Establishing trust is paramount both ways! I am respectful of the client's property and/or home environment. Never leave a mess behind! I will talk through the job and listen carefully to the client for what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a lifetime member of the Handyman Club of America, and read the monthly magazine as well as "The Family Handyman", and "This Old House" publications. I am a huge fan of the DIY Network and any Home Improvement Show I can find.
