Introduction: We believe in hard work! You will find us on our hands and knees scrubbing under items in your household, toothbrushing hard to reach corners. We know that in the cleaning industry details matter! We work on a rotation system to ensure that each visit a certain area of your home gets fully detailed. Even the smallest things you may not even notice matters to us. Maybe we are a little OCD, but in this business that is a good thing! There is a certain satisfaction of looking around a house when we are finished, and seeing that we brought a home up to a great condition. A feeling of accomplishment. We would have to say the best feeling is knowing how hard we worked really pays off when we see that we have made our customers happy.

Amber is absolutely amazing. Since moving to Asheville just over a year ago I've gone through 4 different housecleaners and finally found "the one." Amber is extremely meticulous, lifting books up off the shelf to dust underneath, sweeping behind doors and furniture, and even scrubbing the grout in the bathroom. She goes way above and beyond what is typically expected of a housecleaning service. And for a really reasonable rate! She's flexible, honest, and hardworking. She also uses more natural and environmentally friendly cleaners which I love. I've referred her to friends and they are equally as pleased, which shows she has consistent service. I HIGHLY recommend Amber for all your housecleaning needs.

We have been using The Klean Team services for about 6 months. Several friends recommended their services when I was 9 months pregnant and physically unable to do regular upkeep of our home. They do an excellent job EVERY time. They do what marriage counseling cannot - end arguments about household chores! Amber is prompt, very thorough, pleasant and tireless. She can do in a few hours what would take me multiple weekends to complete. She is very flexible and works with your schedule, she doesn't mind if you stay in the house (a nice option with a new baby!), but I also don't hesitate to leave her alone - it's so important to have someone you trust in your home. This team is the best and I would HIGHLY recommend!

The Klean Team was awesome! They were able to work me into their schedule last minute which was much appreciated, they did an amazing job, very thorough and quick. My daughter and I were home during the appt and they were kind and considerate and worked around us. I would definitely recommend their service and will have them back soon.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price per job. There are many factors that would have an effect on the price of the clean. House size, indoor animals, etc.. We are very reasonable with our rates, and will make it worth every dollar. We do try to meet your budget needs in any way possible and will negotiate if needed to accommodate to your budget.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
At 15 I got my first job at a local hotel. I quickly fell in love with the cleaning business and soon moved up to head housekeeper by the age of 18. I stayed in that line of work my entire life and have recently decided to start a small business using all of the skills and knowledge I have acquired over the 12 years that I have been in the industry.
