FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For a span of 7 years, I was a Certified Contract Trainer via Adobe (and at the time, Macromedia). I provided on-the-cuff impact training for web, print, video, etc. That simply meant I brought clients up to speed with the practical use of application in day-to-day real-life situations relevant to their line of work. I listened to them at the start of class, then tailored the class to accomplish their list of objectives. I stay on top of technology with daily use of the application, and push boundaries for learning new media.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Marketing Plans and Implementation. Branding. Logo Design. Social Media. Advertising Campaigns. Video creation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be open and honest with the designer. Their goal is to solve a problem for you creatively. If you have a budget constraint - communicate it. My goal as a designer is to express your ideas and work within the guidelines we set forth at the outset of a project. One of the key goals is financial considerations and developing a solution that fits within your preset constraints.
