Amazing work. He installed 8 lights to the outside of my house. Rewired them together and hid the power lines through the attic to the outside of the house. Now have an acre+ lit up and looking amazing. Quality work. Will definitely be using again. Thanks Victor
Great work! The job was completed quickly and everything looks good. I was updated during the process.
Great job! They did my basement Sheetrock, mud and sanding. Always showed up on time and got it done. Would highly recommend
My newly licensed daughter drove through the garage door almost knocking down a support column for the roof. Ron and his brother and son had to reconstruct the entire structure and refinish it to conform with the rest of the house. Before the reconstruction, they needed to build a temporary support for the second floor and roof. Ron and his "crew" did the entire job in two days. The new column is much stronger than the original and is practically imposible to tell the difference from the rest of the house. I was kept informed of what they were doing every step of the way. Their easygoing way and very personable manner makes them a real pleasure to deal with. Additionally, not only were they the lower of the three bids that I received for the repair, but they started the job within 36 hours of agreeing to the repair. Fair price, timely repair, excellent workmanship and very nice people, resulted in a good ending to what was otherwise a disastrous situation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
Charles, Cory and Luis did a fabulous job with our bathrooms and basement renovations. They do quality work and are super easy to work with. Thank you so much! Our house looks amazing.
I had Mario and his crew hang and finish drywall for a basement remodel and am happy with the results. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the time projections given were never correct (e.g. scheduled to arrive at 8:30 but does not arrive until 9:30). He and his crew were very busy with other deadlines, so it was probably the exception rather than the rule. Overall, very good work and would hire again.
Dave remodeled our entire basement in just one week. He built a new wall, added hardwoods, wired, put in new doors, and painted. He was there every day and stayed late until the job was done. I definitely recommend him for any remodeling project you have. Very reasonable and efficient.
Great service! Jose quickly replaced our basement window. I will use him again in the future!
Bob installed an attic access with a pull down ladder and flooring in the attic space. He was very professional, timely and right on point with his quote. He was reasonably priced compared to a few other quotes. He kept me informed with updates on progress. In addition to being professional, Bob was also very friendly and personable. Highly recommend and will have him back to do future work.
Jennifer and her crew were outstanding. I had a basement covered in dried mud, concrete chunks, concrete dust and drywall dust, and they cleaned EVERYTHING! They cleaned the concrete floors, the couch, the furniture, the tools in the garage, the shelving, all my assorted junk, the walls, the stuff in my drawers, everything! They also did some organizing, so my garage and basement went from being coated in filth to being livable. They did an amazing job. Thanks, Jennifer!
Design2Resource did a wonderful job for me. They put 2 windows in my family room where there had not been any before. They did exactly as they said they would, they finished in a very timely manner and left my room clean and free of all construction materials. I would and will hire them again for any additional work I plan on having done.
Ryan and his son did a good job cleaning out the gutters. He also have me a quote on gutter guards knowing I wouldn't be able to buy them right away. The only downer was he couldn't give me the name of the gutter guards for me to investigate them on the net.
My husband and i bought an older 1960's ranch home with an unfinished basement. We knew when we bought it it would need a lot of work but we loved the neighborhood, location and the general layout. WE redid the bathrooms first and used another contractor whom we liked, but felt like we spent more then we needed to for the job we had done, so we thought we should shop around for the next project--which was the kitchen. The kitchen had not been renovated at all, so a lot needed to be done. We had to gut the whole room and start over. We were referred to Charles by another friend who did our custom cabinets. Charles helped us plan out ideas, budget appropriately and kept us in the loop daily with emails and phone calls--we always knew what was happening every week and could plan around it as a result. We felt like we were in the process with him daily but felt like he was looking out for us not just by doing the job but looking out for our budget too. I really felt like we saved money in the long run using him. Having your house torn up for a period of time can make life crazy even under the best of circumstances, but Charles and his crew made it as seamless a process as we had experienced. We ran into some issues with our load bearing walls as we went along, but Charles handled it with minimum disruption -and we appreciated that. I would highly recommend him and his team for any rennovations to your home--big or small. He is a professional--knowledgable, personable and trustworthy--and has a boatload of integrity. And his work is top notch. I'm already planning the next phase of our house and my first phone call will be to Charles and Bluewater. Your home is your largest investment--and you should only trust it and its care to the best.
Y & B General Contracting changed the roof on my old house and did a great job. They are also going to start finishing my basement next month. They offer competitive prices. highly recommend them.
Capstone Building Company, LLC came over to remodel our kitchen and to refinish our basement. The crew was very professional and clean. The quality of work was great. They did a wonderful job and were on budget. We would definitely use them again.
I hired Peak City to finish a basement room. Though it was just one room, it was fairly extensive as code required the addition of a window (which required cutting into a brick wall/engineering/sign off etc). In addition to the window, Paul anticipated and shared with me everything the town was going to require before he even quoted the job. Yes, I had lower bids but no one else mentioned up front the extra costs that would be incurred. (Which obviously would've resulted in higher costs than originally bid.) The total scope of work involved extending the HVAC, moving plumbing, adding electrical, framing out of a closet, drywall install/finishing, the addition of a soffit, hardwood installation (which included removing a threshold and weaving the new hardwoods into the existing hardwoods, which was done seamlessly) painting and trim. I was also impressed with the fact that he took it upon himself to match the existing interior doors/trim etc. (That may sound like a no brainer but I've done many homes/projects over the years and you'd be surprised!!) He did his best to minimize dust and the work area was cleaned up daily (again something one would expect, but doesn't necessarily happen without asking!). He had a handful of trades in who did the same. He finished on time and stayed within the agreed budget with no surprises! Highly recommended!
