I was lucky to come across Meagan last year when searching for a day of coordinator. Even though I was having a smaller wedding of about 75-80 people I realized that having someone there on the day of to help make sure things went smoothly would be crucial to relieving some stress. Meagan did a great job of making that happen! She helped us through an efficient rehearsal process and checked on me throughout the day of the wedding. She did a great job of helping set up my decorations and even thought of some great last minute details to make the most of the flowers I ordered. She even rearranged some of the vases to make them look even better. Meagan also made all of the cake pops for the wedding and they were delicious and looked great with the theme and decorations. I would highly recommend working with Meagan to make your wedding day memorable and stress free!
Sylvia was my wedding planner and her work is absolutely AMAZING. Christine (and her husband) are awesome to work with. I did most of my wedding planning and hired Christine as a "day of" coordinator. Even so, she helped me along the way with troubleshooting, asking vendor questions, etc. She was communicative throughout the process and even met with me the day after my wedding to discuss the event and hand over some papers (the marriage license!) that I'd forgotten. The event was not small (roughly 150 people), and Christine seemed to handle it with ease. If she was stressed, I didn't see it. I highly recommend.
Amy was amazing. We acquired her services for day of that really meant month of planning. Our only regret not having her for the whole process. We highly recommend a wedding planner and choosing Amy will be a great decision. Our daughter's wedding was wonderful. We enjoyed every moment thanks to Amy. Her attention to detail ensured a worry free wedding rehearsal and wedding. Wedding big or small a wedding planner should be a priority.
I found Chrisabethella Catering through Thumbtack. Never having heard of the company before, I wasn't 100% sure, but after speaking with Courtney and seeing the level of professionalism and knowledge she exhibited, I chose Chrisabethella Catering to cater my wedding. Catering involved into "Catering *and* Event Rentals," once Courtney explained her capabilities to also handle our event rentals. She was extremely flexible in the items I needed (our primary color was a very tricky shade of dark purple-blue), and was always patient with me as we went through the process of coordinating the right items. We had many late-in-the-game changes to our wedding, and through it all, Courtney was patient, responsive, and took the time to consult with me and make sure all of my questions were answered -- no matter how small or trivial they seemed. The fact that Courtney acted as a trusted advisor in my wedding planning process was amazing -- she went above and beyond to meet strict budgetary requirements, yet provided her professional opinion on if cutting X or Y would result in a lower quality service, or hinder the guest experience. As someone who did most of the planning on my own and who isn't too wedding-savvy, this type of assistance was invaluable. Did I mention that all of our guests loved the food, Courtney's team did a great job delivering everything on-time, and she even followed up with me that day to make sure we had everything we needed? I am so glad to have had such a wonderful caterer/rentals vendor who cared as much about staying within budget and providing guests with a quality experience as I did! From catering, to event rentals, to the cake, and consultation -- Chrisabethella Catering definitely hit the mark!

My wedding day would've been a complete fail without Natalie Bell. I pretty much had an idea of what I wanted it to be like, but with her help, she was able to make my wedding go exactly as planned! If she wasn't there to coordinate the ceremony and reception, we would've been so lost. If I had to worry about any of this myself, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my big day. Makiba is the most upbeat, creative and organized person to work with. Her outgoing personality always renewed my excitement about my upcoming day each time I met with her. She is extremely driven and her high level of motivation only encouraged me even more to get stuff done off my never-ending check list. She stayed on top of me to get stuff done! But that was necessary because if she didn't, a lot of stuff probably would have been very last minute - or not done at all. I had a handful of DIY projects in mind to do - but I kept procrastinating. If it wasn't for Makiba, they honestly would not have gotten done at all! I'm so thankful she helped me with (or either did them herself!) my DIY projects. They added a really nice personal touch to my wedding and reception that would have been missing otherwise. I'm so thankful she helped me as much as she did. I could not imagine not having her there the day of my wedding - she handled so many behind-the-scene tasks that I was not aware of and probably would have stressed me out if I did! I cannot express how much I appreciate everything she did before and most of all, the day of my wedding. If you are a bride - you HAVE to get a planner to help you, even if it is just the day of assistance. Makiba will not let you down!
