- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For storm damage repair and restoration work we work directly with client insurance and get their claim approved and complete the restoration work as per insurance approval therefore client do not incur any out of pocket expenses except for their deductible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a schedule to view and assess the project, make all necessary measurements and photos and will respond to clients within 48 hours with our proposal, if we agree on pricing we start on the project right away
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company field managers and technicians have extensive experience and knowledge about storm damages restoration and water mitigation work and our officer personal will help with clients in getting their storm damage claim approved to get their home back to its original or better state.
