I could only select 3 highlights, but if I had the option of selecting 5 I would. I selected the option of needing our dryer fixed within 48hours, and within a couple hours same day Med was able to make time to come fix our issue. I asked him questions to get clarity on how much it would be and he was upfront, and patient while I asked my questions. He was extremely professional, courteous, and even took the time out to educate me on what the issue was and how he was planned on resolving it when he saw the issue with our Samsung dryer(it kept spinning even when the dryer was off. It would only completely turn off when we unplugged it). Would recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with the same issue I had! From the looks of his bio, I’m pretty sure he gives the same quality work with everything he has experience in. Book him asap if you’ve come on here looking for an issue that he says he can help with.
