I've been working with Elton for about 4 months. During this time Ive been able to achieve a big health goal with his assistance. Having suffered injuries from a prior accident, under Elton guidance, my flexibility and strength has gradually improved. I've felt better than i have in years. On top of his professionalism and knowledge; Elton is courteous and goes above and behind. I've had previous experience with trainers with little satisfaction. I've been able to make great progress at the same time gain knowledge and understanding about what it is that we are doing and the importance. For the first time ever i can honestly say i don't mind working out lol. I'm saying that because he will work you. I definitely recommend him.

Bryant is an outstanding trainer who has not only helped improve my strength, stamina and overall fitness, but who has greatly assisted me in my continual battle against Diabetes. When I started training with Bryant, I was in very poor condition and my Diabetes was out of control. Today my Diabetes in under control and my doctor advised that my exercise program is the reason. Bryant is able to gauge my strengths and weaknesses and understands exactly what I need and what I am capable of doing. He pushes me to my limits, but never beyond them. Bryant varies the workout so that it never becomes boring or repetitive and makes every session an enjoyable experience. Besides being polite, professional and caring, he is dedicated. Training is not just job to him, it is a way of helping people. I would advise anyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness to train with Bryant.
DeMarcus is the consummate professional. I particularly like how he coaches and pushes me to go little more and a little harder to help me get beyond my comfort zone in order to achieve my goals. I highly recommend DeMarcus!

Before I met Paul, I had tried tens of fitness programs, diets, and other trainers. As soon as I started working with him, I knew he could get me the results I wanted. I am very pleased with Maida! She is a wonderful person and cares a lot about people. She took me shopping, cooked and I watched so i could take notes. I saw her every week at first, now I'm every other week. I don't think I would be this sucessfull with those who chage $100.00. I bet she makes more money and has a higher sucess rate because of it. Plus she is helping others get health, live longer and feel great! I have been seeing her for over 2 months now. It is a process that takes time, but I'm still learning. I highly recomends her.
Absolutely Love and Impressed! I signed up to help my daughter get in shape for her wedding but found that I am getting more benefits health wise out this than I expected. Jayd is very knowledgeable and proffessional, she even goes out of her way to modify my workouts for my health issues. Meeting with Jayd once a week , as well as, having to log my workouts and meals daily is perfect since I am not a self motivated person when it come to eating right and exercising. I will definitely be renewing my contract with her.

I had the pleasure of working with Derrick when I was pregnant and before I relocated. He was the best fitness coach - fun to work out with, helped me to do the right exercises to stay in shape and be safe during my pregnancy. Would highly recommend him!
Danny has taken my training to a whole new level. I do mean training not just exercise. My husband and I were looking for someone who could coach us through linear progression barbell training. Not everyone knows what that is, but Danny does! He understands the science and applies it for success at strength training and diet. I've gone way beyond barbells. I'm squatting and deadlifting above my body weight in less than a month. If you want to be strong, you need Danny as your coach.
