I can't say enough good things about the owner and staff at Guzman Moving. They are AMAZING! Unbelievable customer service, polite, professional, and really great at what they do. We were scheduled to move right as hurricane florence hit and they rescheduled us with no problems. Also, we weren't able to get all our packing done and Jose quickly shifted gears and sent extra crew to get us all packed up and moved on time! During the entire move they were courteous and calm and took great care of our furniture. All this really helped our family get to our new home in time for me to start my new job. Throughout it all they always had a kind word and a smile despite the heat and tight timeline - Thanks so much, you guys are the best!

These guys are awesome! They drove to the Asheville area to load a truck for us, they were flexible on the date because of inclement weather we were expecting. They showed up on Monday for an originally scheduled Wednesday move, loaded the truck and drove it back to Raleigh where they held it until Thursday because that was the date my dad was moving into his assisted living facility. Friday they were scheduled to unload the rest of the truck at our house after we attended our closing. The closing was a nightmare and took 4 hours, so they were sitting in our driveway of the new house for 2 hours. We got there as fast as we could and told them since they had another moving job they needed to get to in an hour to just put everything in the driveway and we'd move it in. They refused to do that and insisted on moving everything into the house to the rooms where they belonged. They worked quickly and efficiently and had it done in record time. They were very careful and knew how to pack and unpack everything in order to avoid damage.They will be going back up to our house to load the rest of it at the end of the month.We highly recommend using Guzman Moving and Storage!

They are good people and did a great job. I called in the morning and they were able to come an hour earlier than than planned. They also brought an extra guy free of charge. Can't beat their prices. I'll use them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just gives us a call and depending the circumstances of their move. We would give them an accurate quote. Then its up to the customer if they would like to proceed with our services; and if they accept we would have them email/text the start address and their time preference.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been in the customer service and labor intensive industry for 10 years. Our company is also friend/family based!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically do local moves, but we also have done many long distance moves. We have traveled up and down the east coast. The furthest we traveled was to Boston.
