I offer programs that incorporate strength and conditioning to help you reach your goals, build confidence, lose weight, tone, and have fun learning at the same time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with an associate's degree in Nutritional Science. I ran the 100, 200, 4x100 & 4x200. I also participated in a few field events. I grew physically and mentally, learning discipline, self-motivation, and how to dedicate myself towards my goals. I instill the same traits into my clients through my training. Over the years I have learned a variety of specialized training and sports performance techniques. Fast forward to 2020 I decided to become a certified personal trainer to learn how to better help my clients lose weight, and build strength while still teaching endurance training.
