Introduction: My name is Kate Potter, and I'm a certified personal trainer, life coach, behavior change specialist, health coach, mindfulness & wellbeing strategist, and crisis line counselor. I believe that at the core of any change or transformation is making the choice to do it out of love for ourselves. As someone with chronic illness who has made the journey from self-loathing and being significantly unhealthy, to loving life and feeling freedom in my healthy body, I know from personal experience what it can take to create the motivation to redefine how we see and treat ourselves.
