We selected Max after interviewing and assessing numerous trainers to assist my son Ben in his training for football. From the beginning Max stood out for his ability to quickly grasp our objectives and articulate an approach to how we could achieve our goals. Max worked with Ben for nearly two years helping him develop a holistic approach to a physical, psychological and technical training program that provided him with the mechanics and attitude to succeed and achieve his desired objectives. Max is prompt, courteous, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only became Ben’s trainer but an important and positive role model. He is a warm and friendly presence who also is able to coach the best out of the individuals he coaches. We will miss him up here in New York and wish him all the best in his new start down in NC. I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
I have been working with Malik for two months, and the results are phenomenal. Malik has taken my fitness to a new level, but more importantly, his training is worth the investment to my health. He is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable, and also will encourage you to give better than your best in each session. He keeps me on track by consistently checking in, he’s genuinely enthusiastic and cares about his clients, and his workouts are never the same. I have been training with Bryant at TND Fitness for about four months now. I hired him because I had been struggling to lose weight for almost a year and could not accomplish it on my own. Since July, not only have I surpassed my plateau and maintained a smaller number on the scale, but I have lost numerous inches around my waist, thighs, and arms. I always thought my body was incapable of looking the way I wanted it to, yo-yo dieting and intense cardio sessions on my own at the gym were not producing the results I wanted. Due to Bryant’s knowledge of the body and persistence in believing in me even when I didn’t, this is the first time in my life I have seen muscle definition in my stomach. He creates workouts that both challenge me and vary each session – from boxing to my first ever pull up – each workout offers something new and exciting. The success I have had in the last four months would not have been possible without Bryant. Even on the days I had no motivation, he reminded me of my end goals and that those days are the most important to overcome. He genuinely cares about his clients and is passionate about fitness, he always pushes you to be the best you can be. I work out with him three times a week and do what he tells me to do at the gym on off days and have never been happier with my body. I love that I continue to see results each day and with him as my trainer know I will eventually reach my end goal. I look forward to continuing to work out with him even once I reach my fitness goals. He pushes me to be a better version of myself and I 100% recommend him to anyone who needs that extra push.
I had a great experience working with DeMarcus Brooks. Starting out, he made sure he understood my primary goals and I understood his way of training. He was very creative and knowledgeable. For every training session, he designed a unique and effective workout plan which have helped me to progress and to gain lots of strength. DeMarcus was extremely motivating and encouraging to stay focused and determined to reach to my goals. He was definitely a professional personal trainer and a joy to be around. When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. I set up and appointment and immediately decided this would be my trainer. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and also told me what I would need to do to accomplish that. He also did a 30 minute workout with me at the first visit. He has been my trainer since May 2013. 2 THUMBS UP
I came to Kristen over a year ago after having bariatic surgery and needed to work on my core strength etc. My muscle was disappearing and needed to be rebuilt. Kristen worked with me to build up my upper body strength and was not pushy but pushed me to do more than I "said" I could do. She shared nutrition information with me, learned more about my surgery and didn't push anything on me to use. I wish I could still work with her but job schedule and finances prevent that, but as soon as my finances are back ...she is my first call! I miss going to her and the training she gave me. She is definitely a hidden gem in the fitness world and will work with you where you are at today and where you want to be.

If you are looking for a great all around trainer then you have found her! I have been training with Donna for a few years. I started after finishing physical therapy for a hamstring injury. I wanted to continue with strength training to prevent further injury. Donna helped me rebuild strength by listening to what I needed and adjusting the workout to fit my needs. She really pays attention to form which ensures that the exercises are safe and effective. I have continued with Donna because she keeps each workout interesting by changing it up. Every time it's different so my muscles are challenged and it's interesting and fun. She's great at encouraging you during the workout so I've been able to do more than I ever thought I could. Donna also checks on you between workouts to make sure you are doing ok. She genuinely cares about her clients! Awesome trainer, very professional but also a great person!
I have been at Lakeside Fitness for almost ten months. Within that time, I have lost weight, toned significantly and increased my flexibility. The workouts are rigorous, but fun and I look forward to going every week. The strength training has really improved my tennis game as well.

Felicia is a wonderful trainer and has a great attention to detail which has done wonders for me. I finally understand the importance of being able to execute exercises correctly. I started going to Jayd for personal training once a week about a month ago. I had previously been going to Title and doing power hour multiple times a week plus eating well for many months. Since starting with Jayd I can see MUCH more differences in my body. Working with her has pushed whatever barrier was keeping me from the results I wanted. Checking in on Trainerize makes me feel accountable for what I'm eating and how much I'm working outside of our sessions because I know she can see. I'm just starting to play with other features in the app but I like that she uses something that keeps track so I don't have to! Catherine trained me for three years and I can't say enough wonderful things about her! Not only did she push and constantly challenge me but she had such an individualized approach with what I needed. Danny has taken my training to a whole new level. I do mean training not just exercise. My husband and I were looking for someone who could coach us through linear progression barbell training. Not everyone knows what that is, but Danny does! He understands the science and applies it for success at strength training and diet. I've gone way beyond barbells.
