Also offering several types of massage( Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic). Cupping therapy is also available. Massage Therapy

Albert was very professional and knowledgeable about fitness and message. I frequently participate in weight lifting competitions so I came to him for a sports massage to relieve pain and discomfort. Not only did he provide a superior massage, but he took his time and explained to me tips on how to warm up prior to weight-lifting, as well as showed me how to maximize my lift. What an excellent experience! I will definitely be going back.

Private Self Defense Lessons

Lakeside Fitness is an awesome place to train. The works-outs/ trainings are diverse and extremely fun. Albert, knows his stuff. If your looking for a challenging work out with a pro, Lakeside is the place.

I have been at Lakeside Fitness for almost ten months. Within that time, I have lost weight, toned significantly and increased my flexibility. The workouts are rigorous, but fun and I look forward to going every week. The strength training has really improved my tennis game as well.
