We had the first tech come out and not really address our issue, so we asked that a senior tech come out and he was timely, responsive and super helpful! We addressed the problem and are thankful for Appliance Reliance’s willingness to come back out free of charge to make sure our issues were taken care of.

Mr.Vlad was very knowledgeable & professional. He has extensive experience & knowledge about his field of work. He very clearly explained us each and every thing about what he did and what he was going to do about the issue for which he was called for. He did a very good diagnostic and solution recommendations at a very reasonable and economical price. Thanks Vlad, glad we hired you for our repair service & will call you only again for our future repairs. I highly recommend Vlad, this post is written as we are happy with his service and not because he told us to ( just to clarify). Usually service rep ask us to rate & review them but Mr.Vlad did not even mention about it. We on our own are writing this so others can know its a genuine review from our experience.
