- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 Diagnostic Fee inside I-485 beltway ($85 diagnostic fee within a 10 mile radius outside I-485 beltway, $100 diagnostic fee beyond a 10 mile radius outside I-485 beltway). Taxes will be applied to all applicable diagnostic fees and/or part and labor estimates. If paying via credit/debit card, a 2% transaction fee will be applied to the total. Labor rates are flat rate and the ranges are as follows..... Minor Repair ($99-$124)* Intermediate Repair ($125-$224)*(Most repairs fall in this category) Major Repair ($225 and up)* *Labor range prices are all pre-tax

My typical process for working with a new customer involves introducing myself, asking questions to obtain pertinent information but most importantly building a trust level with each customer.
