- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a complicated pricing system and we do not mark up our parts at a crazy high rate either.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we do. We will attending differnt training sessions offered by manufactures and even warranty companies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We decided to do this because we are good at what we do and enjoy it. If you don't enjoy your job it makes it hard to want to come to work everyday and provide good customer service to the customers.
