Introduction: We’re an architectural/interior design firm with more than 10 years in the business. We guarantee quality and customer service as priorities during any project.
This is how we can proceed with your project:
1- Contact us so we can arrange an initial consultation. During this meeting we can discuss the scope of work so I can provide you with some preliminary ideas and we can define the direction we'll be taking in regards the project. This session will be a working meeting, I'll take pictures and get a draft survey of the site for the record.
2- I'll provide you with a quote and proposal for my services including fees for different phases of the project. Some projects may just require 2D drafting including blueprints and construction documents. Other projects may require to include a 3D model to showcase specific design schemes, renders, schedules and technical details. There could be occasions where projects might just require visual and conceptual references like Material, Style and mood boards which becomes handy for situations where it’s just necessary to have a one hour consultation. It will all depend on your requirements and needs based on our first meeting.
My rate shows an hourly rate, but we can definitely work with a flat rate depending on the project requirements and your budget.
